I’m Sylvia Gierasimczuk, a Chicago-based presentation and document designer specializing in pitch decks, presentations, and visual communication systems for startups, founders, and growing brands.
My work focuses on transforming complex or text-heavy information into clean, modern visuals that are clear, structured, and easy to navigate. I design presentations that not only look polished, but also function effectively in real-world environments — whether for investor meetings, internal communication, sales presentations, or branded documents.
I’ve worked across freelance, agency, and independent concept projects, creating presentation systems, pitch decks, annual reports, and editorial-style layouts for a variety of industries and clients. My approach combines strong visual hierarchy, thoughtful pacing, and usability-focused design to help teams communicate more confidently and clearly.
Alongside client work, I also develop original concept projects exploring scalable slide systems, modular layouts, and presentation storytelling. These projects help refine the strategic and structural thinking I bring into presentation design work.
